Cool Jet® Hose Management System

The most advanced and innovative on the market — BGSE Cool Jet® Hose Management System easily deploys and retracts with minimal effort by the operator. Extract the length needed with no mechanical transmission elements such as chains, gears, or rotating shafts.

Equipped with a drive head for extraction and retraction, the pressure exerted by the straps on the pipe is adjustable to maximize performance in every operating set-up and weather condition.

This metal spiral insulated hose is manufactured with Valmex fabric made of 3mm insulated foam coated by a PVC layer on the outer surface. The hose sections are joined at both ends by a zipper and a protective Velcro band.

BGSE Cool Jet® Hose Management System is easily customized to the desired length required with a 69 ft or 92 ft (21 m or 28 m) standard hose length.

Designed and manufactured in compliance with the applicable state-of-the-art standards and safety rules, BGSE Cool Jet® Hose Management System is equipped with all the safety, control, and emergency stop devices required to grant the user with a high standard of safety protection.

This hose elevates and protects during storage and allows for the removal of a rolling hose basket or reel from the ramp along with its attachment yoke.

The BGSE Cool Jet® Hose Management System control panel is installed at the ramp level and contains the fixed control devices. The connections to the drive motors and to the limit switches are made with quick-release connectors — allowing for rapid disconnection of the electrical drive head.

The radio control transmitter, located on the aircraft adapter, contains the extraction and retraction controls of the hose.
